Also we are expanding our fitness program with a few more offerings to help reach everyone. We are now doing in home, at the facility , or at a neutral location personal training as well as semi-private personal training( group sizes 2-4).
The last offering is 6 week fitness and nutritional plans where we find out your goals then meet with you in person to demonstrate each movement as well as teach you how to follow your nutritional plan.
