Over the holidays it is definitely very easy to lose track of your goals whether fitness related or not , but you can't do it.The easiest way to stay on track is cut down your workout time from 60 minutes to 30 minutes(I only workout for 45 minutes at most on a daily basis due to the fact that I train my clients and demonstrating the moves for them allows me to get some additional resistance and cardiovascular training).
