The secret of the stars is finally out, the reason why they all have such a perfect body is because they have hired not only a nutritionist or a dietitian, but a personal trainer. These wondersome creatures have the knowledge and the capability to create personalized workouts for every single person, depending on many factors, including weight, height, previous experience, targets and goals, just to name a few. A personal trainer evaluates your current state, questions you about everything you do, evaluates your targets and needs, as well as capabilities and figures out a training plan that fits you perfectly; minor adjustments in future are possible, depending on how truthful you were.

Personal trainers very often work with nutritionists and dietitians together, which is an option, not a must, where the nutrition plan and workout schedules can be combined for better results. This coordination is very important for body sculpting, when people lose weight and are not willing to put up with surgical excess skin removals and similar side effects of weight loss. While you can have a diet plan worked out for you by a nutritionist and more or less stay the course with minor adjustments here and there, where you do not have to keep the diet expert on a retainer, with a personal trainer it is a completely different story.

If you never did sports seriously, not really like a professional, but as an amateur in a club, or running daily routes of ten miles for a prolonged period of time, let’s say a year, every day, or similar, then you will have a really hard time to stick to the workout without constant supervision. Not a single person is born with built in endurance, people differ in how easy or hard they get to certain levels of staying power, but it is always hard work. You gained weight because you did not spend all the calories you have eaten. Chances are that you have a job where you sit through the eight hours of work, but are nevertheless dead tired when you get home, because it is brain work, you barely use your muscles.

If you have worked in such a job for a couple of years, but have not maintained a healthy workout schedule, you have most surely gained weight. Losing the weight will be an arduous task, paired with a training it will go easier, but the exercise regime will be tough to keep. A personal trainer can work with you, constantly encouraging your physical improvement and adding to the load as you improve your abilities, never overly exercising or hurting you, which can easily happen if you pull weights on your own, or start up with yoga or Pilates with an exercise book. The motivation will never fail you, like it happens when you are on your own, the trainer can not only motivate you, but show you exactly in tedious detail how you improve, giving you a sense of immediate accomplishment.
